I'll be taking part in three races this year:

- The Great Manchester Run (10km) - Dressed as Sale Sharks mascot Sharky, I'll be bringing Jaws to the streets of Manchester

- The Buxton Half Marathon - The course profile look like an ECG heart reading... which is exactly what I'll be needing near the end of this one!

- The Nottingham Marathon - My first attempt at Marathon distance and I will be aiming for under 4 hours
