The triathlon will raise funds for the Aplastic Anaemia Trust, which supports people suffering from this disease that affects the bone marrow & blood.  It's the only charity devoted to raising money for the treatment and research of this disease. You can find out more at: www.theaat.org.uk.

I've been training very hard for this event which involves: 1km swim in the Serpentine, Hyde Park followed by a 10km run around Hyde Park and then 80km bike ride outside Paris the next day (yes, that's 80k!).
