Story
On Saturday Jan 15th the Academy of St Olave's orchestra gave a concert in York at which money was raised for Jessie's Fund. Jessie's Fund is a UK charity helping seriously ill and disabled children by using music for communication and for therapy.
The concert featured music by Beethoven, Mozart and Schubert and included the British premiere of a fragment of what is believed to be Schubert’s first attempt at a symphony.
