This November I will  be cycling across Nepal for the Body & Soul Charity. The event will be taking place towards the end of November and will consist of cycling over 350km across the Himalayas in high altitude.  Established in 1996, Body & Soul is a pioneering UK charity dedicated to transforming the lives of children, teenagers and families living with, or affected by HIV.
