Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
After the last year of cycling I have decided to take on a new challenge alongside one of my fellow LEJOG cyclists, Jordan Dashti. The challenge this year is to take the baton from Karl who ran every day of 2015 and over 1,000 miles total in order to raise funds for The Christie.
This year I will continue in an attempt to raise money and awareness for Everton in the Community. I believe that this great cause is incredibly underrated and after seeing first hand the projects they undertake I was blown away and my respect and love for the charity continues to grow.
The charity does untold amounts for people that have been struck with misfortune over a myriad of projects which include but are not limited to Social Inclusion Schemes, Mental Wellness projects, Free Schooling and Homeless Projects. I have met with many people who are involved in these schemes and the kind words and love they had for the charity shows the difference it is making in the community both locally and nationally.

Come rain or shine I will be out pounding the pavement with the aim of hitting the 1,000 mile mark before the year is out - an approximate effort of 3 miles a day. The pressure is on to avoid injury and to increase my own fitness. If I am well enough to run, I am well enough to take part in challenges that can raise awareness and funds. If you can spare anything it is all massively appreciated and thank you for taking your time to read this page.
I will be blogging the challenge similarly to the LEJOG event last year, at the following page:

Thanks again :)
