I am completing the "Le Jog"  - cycling Land's End to John O' Groats -  this May/June over a fortnight.  Margot is hoping I come back in one piece for our wedding in August!

The charities I am raising money for are both charities close to my heart - so please dig deep and give what you can to each of them!

CLAN Cancer Link Aberdeen and North is a local charity which I would like to support.  We are all affected directly by cancer  - whether personally or through the loss of a friend or relative.  CLANhaven provides accomodation for those visiting loved ones. More info:  http://clanhouse.org/

Callum's Trust is based in the Scottish Borders - where Margot is from - and was set up in memory of a family friend.  It supports patients with lymphoma leukaemia and myeloma.  They are also involved in fundraising for the Margaret Kerr Unit - the areas very first pallative care unit which is due to open in 2013.   More infowww.callumstrust.org
