We support disadvantaged 11-30 year olds to get their lives on track.

Story

"Not a natural athlete" ... is how my PE teachers consistently described me in school reports.  Despite this, I have decided to sign up to the Prince’s Trust Palace to Palace ride this Sunday.

The ride is 90 miles long a starts before 7:00am.  I have never rode 90 miles nor got up earlier than 7 on a Sunday so this will be a real feat of physical endurance for me.  Hailing from Leicestershire, I am of course hoping to ‘do a Ranieri’ – achieve something which the laws of physics, biology and common sense would suggest is otherwise unachievable.

The ride is in aid of the Prince’s Trust.  Prince Charles is fundamentally a good bloke who tries to make the world a better place, so am hoping that you will dig in your pockets and help support – contributions of any size appreciated.

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.
