Thanks for taking the time to visit our SRLV Channel Swim 2011 JustGiving page.
The Swim
Once called the “Everest of Swimming”, swimming the Channel is still one of the most challenging and sought after events in the world. Twice the number of people have climbed Everest than have successfully swam the Channel. Making Aspire’s Real Channel Swim, something really special.
We are aiming to complete a 6-man relay swim across the Channel. Swimming in temperatures of approximately 15 degrees, through currents, tides, and open to the elements, this is no simple, easy feat.
