I will be running the Great South Run for the second time in October and am already training in preperation!

I am running for Beat and Alzheimer’s Society - My beautiful friend sadly passed away after suffering from Anorexia in 2007 and my mum has Picks which is a form of Alzheimer’s dementia so I am running for both charities!
