If you have a life-limiting illness, we can care for you and your family. Our care is free and can be provided in your home, at our Living Well community hubs or our In-Patient Unit.

Story

I will be running the Fairlands Valley Challenge Marathon in Stevenage on 23rd July this year - yes it is the full 26.2 miles!

I am running to raise money for a fantastic local charity, The Isabel Hospice in Welwyn Garden City.  www.isabelhospice.org.uk  As a Trustee of the hospice, I can vouch for the good work that it does and that your donation will certainly be put to good use.

The hospice needs to raise over £2million per year, over and above NHS funding, to keep providing the in-patient facilities, community nurse specialists and day centres.  All donations will be gratefully received to help me exceed my target and make a difference to the hospice.

If you are a UK tax payer, please tick the gift aid box as it really boosts your donation and allows us to claim back your tax. In effect this means that every £1 donanted by a basic rate tax payer becomes worth £1.22 and a massive £1.40 if you are a higher level tax payer.

Thanks for your support
