The chosen charity for this event is 'Hope House Children's Hospices'.
The charity is very important to Nicki Pearce (conductor of the group) and her family as their son attends Ty Gobaith hospice regularly and they support the whole family in many, many ways.
Yr elusen ddewisiedug ar gyfer y digwyddiad yma yw 'Hope House Children's Hospices' Mae'r elusen yn agos iawn at galon Nicki Pearce (arweinyddes y grwp) a'i theulu gan ei bod ei mab yn mynychu Ty Gobaith yn rheolaidd ac mae'r sefydliad yn cynnig cefnogaeth i'r teulu cyfan mewn sawl ffordd.
Here is an idea of what your donations could mean for Hope House Children's Hospices....
£20 - could enable a child to receive one hour of specialist of physiotherapy to help them feel more comfortable and to assist their relaxation and movements.
£30 - Birthdays are especially important for life limited children. £30 can arrange memorable birthday treats and presents that mean so much to the child and their family.
£50 - is the cost of running a support group for bereaved parents. Parents tell us it really helps to be able to talk to the only people who can truly understand their grief.
£125 - will pay for a whole day of professional music therapy which can help children to use music to feel better and to express their feelings.
£500 - will provide 24 hours of care for a terminally ill child at our hospices.
£1000 - is what it costs each month for nursing consumables such as dressings, oxygen and syringes to look after the children with very complex medical and nursing needs.
£4000 - it funds a whole year of activity weekends for the brothers and sisters of terminally ill children where they can share their feelings and experiences with others who truly understand.
These are just a few ways that gifts can change lives......and any amount will help!
This is a unique event....please give generously for such a worthwhile cause!
THANK YOU
