Hello friends, countrymen and donors

These requests come thick and fast so I am making this light and quick. My team, consisting of one of my friends from work (Caroline Morris) and my brother have entered the London Triathlon.

There are several other teams from SkyIQ and we would like to beat them both on the course and in the donation stakes. 

If 100 of you could just spare £5 each then we have almost hit our target. Please may you forgo 2 beers tonight and donate instead to Great Ormond Street. It's a good cause as a lot of you have children and we may never know when we might need their services.
