UPDATE - 7th June
Thanks so much to everyone for their generous donations: you made the 20 hours and five minutes it took us to cover the 101.5km worthwhile. We couldn't quite match our 2009 placing, slipping to fourth (and beaten by a dog in the process), but we had fun. Oxfam did an incredible job once more and your generosity in return really is appreciated.

Are we mad? Some have suggested as much.
Last year, Karen emailed me and asked if I'd be interested in doing the "TrailTrekker", a 100km walk through the Yorkshire Dales completed within 30 hours. As it started and ended in Skipton, where we both grew up, I immediately said yes. She asked her husband the same, but did at least mention to him that the plan was to run, not walk it. She failed to mention though that it wasn't a 4x25km relay.
To cut a very, very long story short, we half-ran, half-walked it; finished somehow in third place and the first mixed team (where the female member was almost certainly the quickest member). Jon said resolutely "Never Again".
But we're back. Jonny sadly couldn't make it this year and Jon handily got Karen pregnant, but we roped in Jon's friend Aidan to build the team back to almost full strength. We're missing our star players, but will hopefully get round and perhaps manage to defend our title (Jon may need to run in drag). Raising more sponsorship too would be an amazing achievement - so thanks in advance for your generous support!
