Story

The University of Manchester has encouraged staff and students to enter this year's Great Manchester Run as part of a University team, with the ambitious aim of reaching 1,000 members. The team has now surpassed 1,100, and I'm thrilled to be one of what will be an enormous 'purple wave' of runners this May.

I'm a lapsed runner, and have found regaining my running mojo a bit of a struggle! Please help to motivate me and support my chosen charity - the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital - http://www.cmft.nhs.uk/childrens-hospitals

The team aim collectively to raise over £100,000 across all of our selected charities - please help make it happen! Our team page is linked to the bottom of this page.
