I guess you have heard by now that in September I am attempting to cycle from one end of the country to the other. Along with three equally mad friends and with Sarah(my wife) driving the support vehicle, we intend to get from John O'Groats to Lands End in just 14 days - an average of over 70 miles a day!  You can follow our preparations and progress by reading our blog at www.simon-jogle09.blogspot.com.
