Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page

As some of you are aware I lost my Nan to a stroke and I also lost my dear friend Pat in 2014 to cancer.
As I have mentioned this year Trifits-u are going to participate in raising money for two Charities, Stroke Association Mike's page and Saint Raphael's Hospice Sutton my page.
Our main charity events will be the Stroke Association bike ride and the London Virgin Triathlon we will be participating to raise money for both of the charities.
