Story
Sunday 8th June
Not long now, less than a week to go. Training has gone well. Lesley and I did our BIG walk a week last Thursday (21.3miles). Lesley developed a bad blister on her heel, but that now has healed. My shin splints havent troubled me since, thankfully!
I'm now really looking forward to the walk itself on Saturday night - cant believe it is happening within a matter of days! Slightly nervous too, if I am being honest, as I got an email from a friend, Clare, who completed the London walk. She was saying its the walking at night that hits you the most, as your body clock is all out of whack. And here was me thinking that it would be easier than during the day, as there would be less heat, less dehydration and all that.
Thanks to all who have sponsored me so far, it is humbling to see how generous people have been. From the bottom of my heart, I do very much appreciate your donations.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
I am delighted to be doing the Moonwalk (although concerned about the "Walking in the Bra" bit!). Training is back on track after a battle with shin splints. The 14th June looms near, and I am both excited and nervous about the walk.
Please dig deep and sponsor me online. I dont need to explain the value of fundraising for cancer, and Breast Cancer specifically.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Walk The Walk Worldwide will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor me now!
Many thanks for your support.
