A Rocha Ghana. This is a Christian organisation which is why we have chosen it as one of our lead charities. The project (formerly called the Eden Conservation Society) works with sustainable projects with two communities who live next to Mole National Park in northern Ghana. In particular we hope to give money to:

a) a bee keeping keeping project (beekeeping needs trees)
b) sponsor a Ghanaian school field trip to the National Park

The Rainforest Fund Project    - is a project run by a small group  at St John's Methodist Church, Settle, North Yorkshire, and is supported by that Church and by Christian Ecology Link and by other people in Settle.  We are supporting three charities:

A Rocha Ghana does not have a Justgiving arrangement itelf which is why we have arranged with A Rocha UK to transfer the money to Rocha Ghana
