Some of the team here at www.SellMyMobile.com have decided to do the 3 Peaks Challenge on 29th July, 2011.

 

The 3 Peaks Challenge involves climbing the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales in a 24 hour period. This comprises 26 miles of ascent / descent and 475 miles of driving!

 

The challenge will start at 5pm on Friday 29th July when we start to climb Ben Nevis. We climb this then drive to Scafell Pike in Cumbria, go up and down that then drive to Snowdon in Wales. To succeed in the challenge we need to go up Snowdon and be back down at the bottom before the end of the 24 hour period.

 

There's been a few team changes along the way (lol!) but the confirmed team now consists of:
- Ian Mccroft
- Keir McConomy
- Richard Butler
- Stuart Clarke
- Matt Harper

 

We are raising money for the NSPCC. I'm sure this charity needs no introduction at all. The work they do to prevent child abuse, cruelty and neglect is incredible. Every child is born into this world innocent and deserves a chance. No child deserves to be abused or neglected. Everyday on the news you hear horrific stories of child abuse that are beyond comprehension. It is so saddening, but it is good to know that there are good people out there doing everything they can to stop this abuse. The NSPCC do fantastic work to help innocent children in need in this country especially with the running of the Childline child support service.

 

Any money you donate will go towards supporting the running of Childline and the other essential work the NSPCC do. We all truly believe in the work the NSPCC do and really hope you will donate generously to a very worthy cause.
