I'm running in the 10th annual Mascot Grand National on Sunday 5th October to raise money for Brace and the Willow Foundation.

Brace is Bristol City's club charity for 2008-9 and works with Alzheimers patients and their families. The Willow Foundation works with seriously ill adults aged 16 to 40.

Please give genrously to these two very worthwhile causes.
