Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  Please support WaterAid by sponsoring me at the Sing for Water event in London on 13 September.  With friends from Colliers Wood Community Chorus, I'll be singing with choirs from around the country to raise much needed funds for WaterAid, as part of the Thames Festival weekend.

Clean water is essential to health.  We are so lucky in this country; we just run a tap or flush a toilet and take it for granted. WaterAid does amazing work in developing countries, providing clean water supplies and sanitation in poor communities, helping people to stay healthy.  The money we raise through this event will be invested in Malawi and Ghana, where life expectancy is low( under 40 in Malawi!) and infant mortality frighteningly high.  Your donation can make a big difference.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
