Jessica Wales is a bright, bubbly and beautiful 20-year-old. She is also dying.

 

Jess has been waiting for a life-saving double lung transplant for over 4 years. Given just 2 years to live at the time of being listed, Jess has already surpassed all expectations by surviving this long. But with her lungs functioning at just 11%, time is desperately running out.

Save Jess is a campaign launched by Jess' friends which aims to raise awareness about Organ Donation and funds for the Charity that Jess is an advocate for: Live Life Then Give Life.

Despite being so very ill, Jess continues to campaign tirelessly to raise awareness about the plight of those waiting for a life-saving transplant. She has inspired millions by speaking out about her situation, and continues to work as hard as she can to support others like herself on the transplant waiting list.
