St Gemma's hospice provides specialist care for people with life threatening illnesses. Many of you will know that they provided such care and support to one of my close friends.

As I'm sure you can imagine providing this type of palliative care is costly, therefore I decided to try and do my bit to help them continue to provide this much needed care and support for other people at an extremely difficult time.
