I'm not sure how many people know that Emmy King is my niece. When I learnt that Emmy had cerebral palsy and would need a life changing operation her mum set up this just giving page and the fundraising had began. I of course was allocated the job of cake maker and seller, although this has raised money I didn't feel as though I had pushed my limits and really dedicated myself, so I needed a challenge. Most of you will also know that I am unfit and overweight. So the challenge to ride an exercise bike and walk using a pedometer the equivalent from Lands End to John O'Groats was born, this is 847 miles or 1407 km and I'm aiming to complete this in 60 days. The dream that one day Emmy will walk, run, play and dance will keep me going. Please friends and family donate if you can for this remarkable little girl . Thank-You X
