My name is Jake, I am 15 years old and hiking in Heels and a very fetching black lace dress for St.Wilfrids Hospice. Its a really great charity that looks after very sick people and their families. Please donate if you can - even the spare change from your pocket will be fantastic.

St Wilfrid’s Hospice provides tailored end of life care both in the community and at our Hospice, supporting our patients living with a terminal illness, and their family and friends. We rely on the generous support of our community to raise the £8million we need each year to fund our services.
