We lost our father too young to PKD due to anti rejection drugs despite a life saving Kidney donation from his little sister Mary. It's genetic and completely unfair. Some children will inherit it and some will not. Of our fathers SEVEN children TWO of my siblings are living with this. The reason for this run is to let our brothers Justin and Josh know how much we care and to pay tribute to our father. The run will be in Bushy Park, a favourite of our dads, there is a 5k route. I'm planning to run it twice on the day to reach the 10k, 1 lap for each brother. More of my siblings are going to be joining.
