I am riding 200 + miles from London to Paris via Portsmouth and Le Havre over 3 days  (May 1-3) along with 13 other "local dad's" (mostly past our prime), but with a couple of tri-athlete types thrown in to keep us from straying too far into wine, cheese and Gauloise territory.  It will be challenging and painful, especially getting back in the saddle on days 2 and 3, Ouch!  It would be greatly appreciated if you could sponsor me to raise money for The Shooting Star Children's Hospice, a very worthwhile cause.
