I am attempting the Great North Run this year in aid of the Scleroderma Society.  As many of you know, my Father suffered from Scleroderma and I am keen to support the charity in raising awareness and funds to support sufferers and fund research. 

I hugely appreciate the support from many of you last year, I can only apologise about the Labradoodle related incident that stopped me from running!!  I will of course, accept all mockery if you dig deep once again and support a great cause.
