We fund bone cancer research & grant wishes to seriously ill people #makingmemories

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have decided to join an amazing group of people called the Wobbleberries! This means.....that by Autumn 2017, myself and my amazing horse, Whitfield Ghost (aka) Bootsie, will be entering my first (not his) British Eventing 80 class!! We are taking on this challenge in memory of Hannah Francis , a young aspiring event rider, who sadly passed away just over a year ago. She set up the charity Willberry Wonder pony whilst she was extremely ill. But never lost focus on her end goal....to raise shed loads of money for cancer research, and granting horsey wishes to seriously ill people.

So....this is a big challenge for us. In 35 years of riding , I've never ridden at an affiliated event! Scared....just slightly! Bootsie, has been plagued with on/off lameness and back issues for the past 2 years. He is under veterinary, farrier and Physio treatment, with a very structured plan to build up his strength and keep him right.
Training has been hit and miss the last few months due to a busy life schedule! But we're on it now, heading for Norton Disney horse trials in October.
