Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

For some reason OJ and I thought it would be clever to run the London marathon. Now, as we get closer and closer to the big day both of us are feeling extremely nervous... 

No matter how difficult we have found it sometimes as we run through some of the hardest conditions to train and prepare for the 26.2 miles on the 21st April, all it takes is for us to think about the people affected by the incredible work that Kidney Research Uk do, to motivate us to carry and push through the barriers.

There is personal meaning to both of us too, with OJ losing his grandmother to kidney problems and I had a terrible time at Christmas when my grandad suffered a heart attack and kidney failure which lead to a week at Addenbrookes hospital before he passed away. If ever there was a time to raise money to 'go the distance' it's now.

We would both like to personally thank everyone who has donated so far and everyone who is planning to do so in the future.

As we work on STAR Radio, we will ensure we give you a shout out on air to say thank you as well.
