It might seem a bit of a contradiction, running for Mind. However as things are, support services for those suffering from anxiety, low mood and other conditions have never been in greater need - and I'd like to do my bit. Mind are also part of the Time To Change Campaign, to end the stigma against those with mental illness.
I've never done so much as a fun run before, so my first half-marathon promises to be a challenge. However, after nearly six months training, and cracking my first ten miles last night, I reckon I'm ready to kick some serious arse. If you can, please make a donation. Thank you.
