MacMillan nurses helped my Mother die with dignity after her 10 year battle with cancer. They were magnificent both with her and us, supportive, caring and full of compassion.
The race is 13.1 miles, one mile for each year since she died. So if you think about sponsoring me for £.1.00 why don't you make it £1.30 ie 10p for each mile.
