Seriously though...

Laura and I are going to be running the Great North Run - which is half a marathon (13.1 miles), and whilst we both like running (perhaps not 13.1 miles of running) we would like to support a good cause along the way.

That's why we registered our places through Mind - the mental health charity.It's a really great cause, and we've set ourselves a high target because of that, so it would be most excellent if you could spare some funds to support us in our fundraising efforts.
