I started running 6 years ago to get in shape, and since 2008, I've run for charities once per year. Please check out my blog at www.runlairdrun.com to learn more.

This is my first year running for Rays of Sunshine as I run my first London Marathon. Please support their amazing efforts to grant wishes to UK children with terminal and serious diseases.
