Story
Since the 11th of November 2012 we have all spent most of our time at Sheffield Children's Hospital. This is because my usually happy, chatty, lively little brother had a sudden brain hemmorage and was rushed there for emergery surgery. When we arrived there, we were told there was a high chance that he wouldn't even make it through the surgery. However thanks to the amazing doctors and nurses and Rafi's incredible strength he is still here, and is making small improvements all the time. He still has a long way to go but I hope one day we get the old Raf back
I'm doing the run because I think it's a great way to get people donating to such an amazing charity and it will be a big challenge for me, as I'm awful at running! I really hope that by April, Rafi is allowed to venture out of the hospital sometimes so maybe he could come and watch us cross the finish line!
Please Please Please donate generously - you will be helping raise money for new equipment, treatments, therapies, improvements to the hospital, medical research and loads more.
Here is a link to my Mum's photo blog on blipfoto which includes more details about Rafi's journey! http://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2505406
Wish me luck! ;) x
