I can't grow a moustache for Movember and sadly I'm not a doctor so this is a personal challenge, which I am taking on to raise money to help fund research into fighting this terrible disease. 

Prostate Cancer is unfortunately hereditary on my father's side of the family and many of the men have had to undergo painful treatments and chemotherapy. I don't want myself or anyone else to lose someone dear to them because of cancer.

I hope that the money I raise will help to fund more research into genetics, scientific and clinical trials, innovative treatments and after-care support for patients and their families.

The Hackney Half Marathon (10 May 2015) is also my biggest physical challenge to date, having trained for and completed a number of 5k and 10k runs, as well as a 5k Swimathon and a team triathlon.
