I am running an ultra-marathon from Manchester to Sheffield along the Trans Pennine trail, approx 60 miles (100km) at the end of June 2013! I will be doing this for my chosen charity of cancer reseach UK. This is the first time any of us has run anywhere near this distance!! Should be a fantastic challange with amazing scenery.
