Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Bobby Moore was born in my home town of Barking, as a child I had the privilege to watch him play football for West Ham where my dad took me for every home game.

My dad died from bowel cancer in 1985 at the age of 56 when I was 19 years old.

Bobby Moore died from bowel cancer in 1993 at the age of 51.

Bowel cancer is the third most common cancer in the UK, affecting both men and women. Every day in the UK 45 people die from bowel cancer.

You can make a difference, please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
