18/19th February 2006 : RocketFest 2 - Charity Night for St Oswald's Hospice a huge success.

What a fantastic couple of days!!! The George Stephenson at Wideopen was packed. Over the course of 2 days we heard a superb line up 20 bands - including the Magenta Thieves, Tubesnake, White Noise, Mosaic, Maiden England, Skinflint, NEU2; Black Dog; Tommy & the Oddballs, Black Rose . . . and all giving their time for free. What amazing talent there is in the North-East!!

And best of all we raised over £3200 in aid of St Oswald's Hospice!!! A huge thanks therefore to everyone involved - the bands, the landlord and his hard working staff, the sound crew, and cash collectors.
