Story

Everyone can run a marathon, and there will be 40,000 of us on Blackheath in April to prove it. While I have been running long-distances for a number of years, the 2011 London Marathon is different as I will be running for the Mind Charity, who campaign tirelessly for the awareness of mental health issues, the prevalence of which I have come to understand much more fully in recent years.

So, here is the deal. I am not just going to run the marathon, but will be running the course from the finish line to the start at 4am on the morning of the race. A nice round 50 miles for the day. And if you want to join me, see you at Big Ben at 4am!
