I'm running in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Stefan, the 5-year-old son of a friend of mine, has recently been diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis, which affects the internal organs, especially the lungs and digestive system, by clogging them with mucus. This makes it hard to breathe and digest food. The average life expectancy for a Cystic Fibrosis sufferer is currently around 31 years.
