On the 17th October 2009 I will attempt the '1 Hour Sledgehammer Challenge' in Kirkbymoorside Town Centre.

The challenge involves striking a large tyre with a 25kg (4 stone) Sledgehammer as many time as possible in one hour.

My aim is to achieve a minimum total of 600 strikes. If you donate only 1 pence per strike that would equate to only £6 for my chosen (very worthy) charity Children In Distress
