Story

Update: If you've tried to donate by text and it's not worked, it may be because you can only donate in the following amounts: £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 and £10. You can donate a total of £30 a day - i.e. 3 x £10 donations.

LATEST: We've made it!!! The advance party stormed Snowdon in an amazing 2hrs45 to record a time of 23hrs20, Rob stumbled home with 5 minutes to spare, and Andrew, Meredith, and Phil drove like the wind (with a speed-regulated minibus to boot!) to give us the best chance to complete the challenge.

Well done to everyone! Check out our interactive map to relive the adventure, and please donate!

It's easy to donate by SMS - just text "FLYH75" followed by the amount you want to donate (e.g. "£20") to 70070!

How high can a White Eagle Fly?! River of Life's White Eagle Project supports some of the most vulnerable children in the world with a vision that sees them fly as high as possible...

On June 30th, Mr Julius Kintu will fly from the top of the three highest peaks in the UK whilst completing the Three Peaks Challenge - ably assisted by the River of Life Three Peaks Challenge Team: Anna, Dan, John, Lucy, Marcus, Mark, Ming, Neil, Rich, Rob, Robin, Sandor, Tom

Julius was himself supported by River of Life through School and University and became the White Eagle Manager. He's now in Bristol doing further studies and is fast becoming one of our highest flying White Eagles!

We're incredibly fortunate to have enlisted the help of Bono* who has already written us a theme song and is currently organising our training regime for the big day... Check out his motivational videos and Julius' story from the streets of Nyendo the heights of Ben Nevis on Youtube.

Help us help more vulnerable children become the Julio's of tomorrow by donating now :)

*not the real Bono you understand, but a fantastic double - you'd hardly know they weren't the same person...
