I'm running the Great South Run both as a challenge for myself and an opportunity to raise some funds for GAIN at the same time.

Guillain Barré is a rare condition where the body's immune system attacks parts of the nervous system.  I know two people who have been affected by it and want to raise awareness of it so that others that are affected by it have it recognised sooner. This is why I'm raising funds for GAIN
