On Sun 20th September i am going to be running 13.1 miles in the 'Great North Run' from Newcastle to South Shields.

With 6 weeks to go the training is finally going really well (after recovering from a painful groin strain - ouch!!) and would love you all to donate as much as you can afford to a great cause.

 

I am trying to raise a minimum of £350 towards the Rainbows Children's Hospice which is described below. All of the money raised will go straight to the charity, none of it will be used to fund the trip itself (I've done that).
