I am Rich Merry, a Marathon & Ultra runner and triathlete. I have pushed myself through some of the hardest races and events on the calendar, including the fabled des Sables, however the pain i went through in these events is nothing compared to the pain parents suffer seeing their child suffering from a life threatening or terminal illness.

Rainbow Trust Children's Charity provides emotional and practical support to families in that situation, and this is why i have chosen them as my charity for the 2011 London Marathon!!
