Story
July 1st 2016 I am doing a Tandem Skydive in support of Reunite International Child Abduction Centre.
I will be doing this in memory of my mother Doreen Dalton who always wanted to do this (as if 3 bungie jumps and a firewalk wasn't enough which she did in the last 15 years of her life). Sadly, she passed away in November 2015 before she could be reunited with her granddaughter who she loved wholeheartedly.
The team at Reunite International Child Abduction Centre
do some amazing work in providing advice for families affected by parental child abduction and also raising awareness of the issues globally.
In 2014, there were over 17,000 calls through their advice line. This highlights the extent of the problem.
The team also provide a mediation service and are also aiming to provide a counselling service in the near future but their resources at the moment are limited so they NEED your help.
For those of you who fear that your child may be at risk of
international parental child abduction or if your child has been taken abroad without consent or if your family is being retained from your child across international borders, then please contact Reunite on 0044 (0)116 2556 234
-------------------------------------------------
I do appreciate that people might not be able to donate to the charity so please do no worry if you cannot.
Through my own personal experiences, I fully understand how much is drained from the finances of parents and families who are trying to reunite with their children through the court processes.
As with all of the events and activities I try to organise and participate in for Reunite Child Abduction Centre, they are primarily about awareness so please keep sharing my links. THAT would be huge support as the more people are aware of parental child abduction and parental alienation, the more impact it might have.
Thank you to all of my friends and family for your continued love and support
