We help people to understand and use scientific evidence

Story

Sense About Science’s 'Ask for evidence' campaign aims to get more members of the public asking advertisers, companies, government bodies and other organisations to set out the evidence they have for their claims.

Our supporters raised initial funds to launch the campain. Now we need your support to help us make an impact: all contributions, large or small, will make a difference.

We work to ensure the public interest in sound science and evidence is recognised in public life and policy making. A small team working with thousands of supporters, from leading researchers to community groups, we focus on difficult issues where evidence is neglected, politicised or misleading.
