I'm sure you all know why I have chosen this charity, it also needs as much help as it can get. It's a cancer that we know very little about and has the least chance of survival. Quite simply, I want to do my bit and help get rid of it. 

A group of family & friends are joining me again this year in The Great South Run along the Portsmouth coast, all 10 miles of it. Quite a jump from last years gentle 10k but we are a determined lot. 

If Pete were here, he would have though we were all mad but (quietly) very proud.
