So its that time again, where we ask for a wee bit of your hard earned cash. Myself Di and Sam will be running on the 10th May .....at 9.00am on a Sunday morning may i add :) Please spare a thought for us while you are nursing a hangover after a smashing night out!

We are running this 10k to raise cash for Macmillan cancer support an organisation that helps so many who have been touched by Cancer.  My family has recently rocked by the 'C' Word and I now realise more than ever how important organisations like MacMillan are and how invaluable their services are at every stage of someones diagnosis.
